Shift Pattern: 4‑Day Week (4 days on, 3 days off)
Vice‑Location: National, Lowestoft, Suffolk – initial induction and quarterly training days required.

About The Role
We are transforming our Care Advisory Hub and looking for exceptional individuals to join us. This is NOT a "Call Centre" role – it is a high‑impact Sales & Relationship role. You will act as the trusted guide for families navigating the emotional journey of finding care, managing the entire pipeline from the first enquiry to the final move‑in.

Schedule
* Your Schedule: Work 4 days per week on 10‑hour shifts (08:00 – 18:00).
* Your Time Off: 3 rest days every week.
* Fully Paid Breaks: All your breaks (1 hour per shift) are fully paid.
* Christmas Day: We are CLOSED, guaranteeing you this time off.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead Ownership: Responsible for your own pipeline. Conduct discovery calls, book showrounds, and relentlessly follow up to drive occupancy.
* Commercial Focus: Match family needs to the right home, balancing empathy with the commercial drive to convert enquiries into admissions.
* CRM Expertise: Maintain 100% data accuracy in Care Compass (Salesforce CRM).
Working Pattern & Commitments
* Operational Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, 7 days a week.
* Weekend Commitment: Availability on alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
* Hybrid Working: May work from home on designated days, provided you have a private, quiet workspace suitable for confidential calls (GDPR requirement).
* On-Call Obligation: Support our "Sunday Solo" coverage as part of a rotating Sunday On‑Call rota. When activated (remote/WFH), you will be paid for the hours worked, with the standby commitment compensated via paid break allowance.
Who We Are Looking For
* Confident Self‑Starter: Able to work autonomously, manage your own day, and handle complex queries without constant supervision (essential for weekend work).
* Empathetic but Commercial: Build rapport instantly and confidently discuss fees and funding.
* Tech‑Savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a distinct advantage.

* This role operates on a strict 4‑day rolling rota (10‑hour shifts, 08:00‑18:00). Can you commit to this pattern?
* This role requires working alternate weekends and participation in a Sunday On‑Call roster. Is this acceptable?
* For Hybrid/Work from Home, do you have a private, quiet workspace at home that meets GDPR privacy standards?
* Are you able to attend the Lowestoft Head Office for your initial induction and training week, and subsequently for a minimum of one day per quarter for scheduled training and team synchronisation activities?
