Come and join our award winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our team at Tunbridge Well.Location: Tunbridge Well, TN2 5FESalary: £36,899 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pmKey Responsibilities:Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard, ensuring all food is freshly made on siteWork as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, focused on great food and excellent customer serviceManage a café and coffee bar operation, including hospitality service (breakfast, lunch, deli offer, soup and salad bar) with approx. 400 transactions per dayEnsure food is produced in a timely manner to support smooth and efficient serviceManage stock and ensure all ingredients are available in line with menu requirementsPlan and develop menus in line with client and customer expectationsBring creativity to menu planning, engaging with both clients and customers where appropriateMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all timesTake overall responsibility for managing and leading the kitchen teamProvide regular feedback, support and coaching to team membersEnsure all team members are up to date with COSHH and Food Hygiene trainingWhat\'s in it for you?
