Your opportunity

We are seeking a committed and compassionate professional to support the strategic leadership of SEND provision across the school - championing high‑quality teaching, coordinating effective interventions, and ensuring every learner with additional needs has the guidance, resources, and personalised support they require to thrive. This part‑time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, forward‑thinking team dedicated to improving outcomes for all.

What we're looking for:

1. Experience working in a secondary school
2. Experience of SEND in an educational setting
3. Effective people skills and an ability to be empathetic and confidential
4. Ability to maintain records

About de Stafford School

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: GLF Associate Specialist Point 1 to 16

Actual Salary: £22,633 to £25,753 (DOE)

Hours: 35hrs per week (term time only) Mon to Fri - 08:15 - 15:45

Closing Date: 9th March 2026
