Offer description

Office in Alfreton, working full-time, Monday to Friday.

You'll lead the implementation and coordination of public health and weight management programmes. You'll also be responsible for:

1. Leading the end-to-end implementation of new schemes and the coordination of scheme delivery across internal teams and field staff, ensuring transparency and accountability, smooth transitions, and stakeholder alignment.
2. Managing accurate and timely reporting (using tools like Power BI and internal systems) and data analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
3. Supporting the development of success stories and outcome presentations for commissioners and partners.
4. Acting as a technology lead for system upgrades and new implementations to streamline operations.
5. Line managing and developing a team of Account Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Slimming World has been a key weight management partner to the Government for over 10 years, supporting millions of people through initiatives like One You and Better Health campaigns. We work closely with the NHS, with Slimming World being prescribed by GPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals, and supporting patients through the NHS Digital Weight Management Programme.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with the ability to build strong partnerships in workplace and corporate procurement to help us grow in this area and support healthier communities through targeted and sustainable services.


About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our Partnerships team based at our Head Office.


About you

We'd love to hear from you if you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and have:

* Experience in operational management within public health, weight management, or similar sectors.
* Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing external partnerships and relationships with commissioners.
* Skills in data analysis and performance reporting, with experience using tools like Power BI.
* Comfort with leading technology integration and process improvement initiatives.

You might also have:

* Experience with Tier 2 / Tier 3 weight management pathways.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
* Understanding of health inequalities and targeted interventions for key cohorts.
