We’re looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our fast-moving business. This is an admin-heavy role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes initiative and who has a positive, can-do attitude, is self-motivated and has an eye for detail.
What you’ll do:
* Work closely with the small team but especially with the Operations Director.
Support the team by:
* Creating pricing spreadsheets, quotes, order forms, purchase orders and invoices
* Input invoices into project management system
* Managing sample packing & courier deliveries
* Booking in deliveries to client’s warehouses
* Collating samples for photo shoots and website updates
* Manage office supplies
* Filing, emailing, telephone calls
* Be the go-to person for organisation and documentation
* Undertake reception duties, answering telephone calls & emails
* Help with new supplier research
What you bring:
* Solid experience in admin, PA, or office support roles
* Excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Strong data entry skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* A confident, trustworthy, and adaptable approach
Package:
* Approx. £25,000 depending on experience and agreed hours.
* Potential for annual bonus (up to £3,000)
* Hours: Monday-Friday, with flexibility in starting times and hours per day.
* Location: 4 days in the office, 1 day at home.
