Motus Commercials located in Derby is on the lookout for a dedicated East Midlands Regional Truck Sales Manager to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:

5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm

Salary - 55k - 65k

As our Regional Truck Sales Manager at Motus Commercials in Derby, we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

1. Previous experience of working in a sales environment
2. Accuracy and attention to detail
3. Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal

Main duties will be:

1. To maximise sales opportunities of commercial vehicles, packaged with Multi Support Contracts & Paccar Financial Products to achieve sales profit and Dealer Target Programme key performance indicators.
2. To generate gross profit contributions from sales of the company’s goods and services, to the minimum target levels.
3. To visit and build relationships with both existing and new prospective customers of the company.
4. Ensure all vehicles and services supplied in accordance with legal, contractual, manufacturer and customer specifications and requirements in expected time.
5. Ensure accurate records of transactions are maintained.
6. Ensure that vehicles offered in part exchange are correctly appraised and underwritten by the manager responsible and the paperwork is in order.
7. Fully utilise the demonstration fleet in accordance with company guidelines & policies.
8. Participate as required in marketing and sales promotion activities and events, some held on evenings and weekends.
9. Continually develop and maintain a high level of product & legislative knowledge.
