About The Role
As a Project Manager (Business Transformation), you’ll deliver key projects across Accent, focusing on Assets & Compliance teams, implementing new systems such as Compliance and Case Management systems. You’ll report to the Head of Business Transformation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our objectives. Your role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, fostering trust, and promoting collaboration.

Salary Details
The spot salary for this role is £57,685 per annum for candidates who meet all requirements. Those who do not will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, especially in housing or assets and compliance system transformations. You should be proficient in project management methodologies, full project lifecycle management, digital implementation, and business process improvement. Experience in change management, including training delivery and driving adoption, and the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences are essential.
Interview Process
First-stage interviews via Teams are scheduled for Friday, 16th May. Shortlisted candidates will complete a Congruity questionnaire in advance. Second-stage interviews, including a presentation and competency assessment, will occur the week of 19th May.
