Wilson James is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to act as the primary point of contact for a prestigious client portfolio. You will oversee security, mailroom, and front-of-house services, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of discretion, quality, and excellence. This role is about leading a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. You will help shape the contract’s future by aligning services with the client’s evolving vision and ensuring sites demonstrate professionalism and luxury-level service.

Responsibilities
* Luxury-level customer engagement — Deliver exceptional security and support services across a prestigious client portfolio. Manage physical and technical security, mailroom, and car park operations with discretion, efficiency, and care. Collaborate with stakeholders and support projects to shape and advance the client’s vision while upholding high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
* People leadership — Inspire and develop a high-performing security team through training, appraisals, and staff wellbeing; promote a culture of excellence and accountability. Ensure compliance with company policies on absence, health and safety, and operational procedures. Oversee training standards, stock management, and risk assessments to maintain professional standards across operations.
* Risk management — Safeguard people, property, assets, and reputation by fostering a culture of safety and security awareness. Lead annual risk assessments, manage incident reporting and investigations, and ensure procedures, equipment, and systems meet high standards. Manage access control, reporting, and compliance in collaboration with customers, technical providers, and external agencies to deliver robust security across sites.
Essential Qualifications
* Full clean driving licence
* SIA — Door Supervisor
* Security systems experience
