The role
We are currently recruiting for Kitchen Assistants to join our Airport Hospitality Team.
Duties include:
6. Assisting the lounge team with the delivery of an excellent lounge experience.
7. Ensuring the kitchen and all storage locations are kept clean, hygienic and adhere to all health and safety standards.
8. Washing all crockery, cutlery and light equipment.
9. Cleaning kitchen ovens, fridges and floors in accordance with operating standard.
10. Monitoring all waste disposal bins ensuring waste items are recycled by placing in correct waste disposal bins and adhering to the waste policy.
11. Reporting any maintenance issues
12. Clearing all breakages and spillages, following operating procedure and dispose of them correctly.
13. Taking receipt of all deliveries, ensuring that all items arrive and are correctly put away ensuring stock rotation.
14. Please note: Early shifts can start as early as 3am and late shifts finishing as late as 8pm. Our Lounges are open 7 days a week.

17. Previous experience in a similar a role is desirable but not essential
