About the Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for a range of duties, including:
13. Repairing and replacing vehicle panels using industry-leading techniques and equipment.
14. Conducting accurate assessments of vehicle damage and developing repair plans accordingly.
15. Working with precision to ensure seamless integration of new panels and parts.
16. Utilizing your expertise to achieve high-quality repairs and finishes.
17. Collaborating with other team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
18. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
19. Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
20. Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing.
21. Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating tools and spray painting equipment.
22. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.
23. The ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
24. Relevant qualifications or certifications (., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) would be advantageous.
