The Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding the platform’s hotel supply and strengthening partnerships across your region. You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding — helping independent hotels and chains reach millions of travellers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new hotel partnerships.
* Communicate the platform’s value proposition clearly and confidently to hotel decision-makers.
* Own your region’s performance metrics, consistently exceeding targets.
* Lead market launches, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and build a strong local presence.
* Support hotel partners through onboarding and long-term relationship management.
* Develop and implement scalable strategies to deliver maximum impact across diverse markets.
What You’ll Bring:
* 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management — ideally within a tech-driven, high-growth or hospitality environment.
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving market growth.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational and analytical abilities — detail-oriented, but fast-moving.
* The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.
