Our professional client based in Kettering is seeking an experienced Secretary to join them on a permanent basis working full time hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. You will be an experienced Secretary and you will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the team, arranging meetings and appointments, diary management, contacting clients with updates when required, audio typing of documentation, amending existing documents, file administration and other related supporting duties. As Secretary, you will be used to working to deadlines and will be able to work on own initiative. It is essential that you have an excellent level of PC literacy and fast and accurate typing skills.
