We now seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to drive revenue growth within the commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial flair, strong work ethic and ability to effectively communicate at all levels. This role requires excellent organisational abilities, effective time management, and the capacity to work in a targeted role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new leads.
2. Presenting and demonstrating products to prospective clients.
3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
4. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
5. Achieving sales targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe.
6. Providing feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
7. Collaborating with team members to achieve organisational goals.
8. Keeping abreast of industry developments and trends to stay competitive in the market.

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
3. Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
4. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
5. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
6. Strong time management and organizational skills.

8. Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
9. Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales techniques.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Willingness to travel and work in the field.
12. Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
13. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
14. Valid driver’s license.

Desired Skills:

1. Proven experience of selling heating and/or renewable energy products into the commercial and industrial sectors.
2. Technical understanding of thermal transfer.
3. Existing network of contacts.
4. Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
