70 per hour
~ Contracted full-time, part-time and school-friendly hours available (includes weekend working)

~ Deliver personalised care - Follow each resident's care plan and provide hands-on support with a thoughtful, person-centred approach
Support health and wellbeing - Monitor residents' health and communicate any concerns to senior team members, helping to maintain the highest standards of care
Champion dignity and respect - Always treat residents with empathy and kindness, supporting their emotional as well as physical wellbeing
Encourage social connection - Foster a welcoming, friendly atmosphere by supporting residents in social activities and interactions
Assist with nutrition - Support residents who need help with meals and hydration, ensuring their nutritional needs are met with care
Spread joy - Bring positivity and a warm smile to every shift, creating moments of happiness for those you care for
A caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting older people
SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
Ideally at least 6 months' experience as a Care Assistant (but we also welcome those with transferable skills and a strong desire to learn)
