📍 Location: Walsall
💷 Salary: £23,809 - £25,838.68 (DOE)
🕒 Full-time, Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

We're on the lookout for a passionate ISAC to join a community-based Domestic Abuse Support Service for women in the West Midlands.
🚗 Please note: You'll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
✨ What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for referrals - gathering key info to assess risk 🔎
Support and empower victims of stalking through safety planning & advice 💬
Help clients recognise the dynamics of stalking and take back control of their lives 💪
Work closely with multi-agency partners (MASH, MARAC, safeguarding networks) 🤝
Keep children and vulnerable adults safe by flagging concerns immediately 🛡️
👀 What we're looking for:
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) 🎓
Qualified IDVA/ISAC (or 1+ year of solid experience in the role unqualified)
Strong experience supporting vulnerable adults & children 🙌
Skilled in managing complex casework, from mental health to substance misuse 🧩
A calm, resilient problem-solver who thrives under pressure ⚡
