Are you an experienced HR Advisor currently seeking a new role starting ASAP on either a temp to perm or initial 6-month FTC basis? Your duties as HR Advisor will include:
1. Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of HR responsibilities
2. Learning and Development
3. Liaising with training providers
4. Performance Management
5. Upskilling Managers
6. Dealing with ER issues
7. Any other duties as required
You will have:
8. Previous experience in a similar role
9. The ability to hit the ground running
10. Experience of working in a very fast paced environment
11. Strong administration and communication skills
12. The ability to use own initiative and make decisions
In addition, you will be approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
