Job Summary

We Good Care Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our team as a Business Development & Recruitment Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, communication, and growth.

Experience is not required — full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role involves visiting care homes to develop new business, maintaining good relationships with existing clients, supporting local recruitment campaigns, and assisting with digital marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
* Visit care homes and other potential clients to introduce our services and build relationships.
* Support efforts to secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
* Maintain strong communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing cooperation.
* Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events.
Recruitment
* Assist with local recruitment drives and advertising healthcare job opportunities.
* Help with shortlisting and initial candidate communication.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding process under supervision.
Marketing & Promotion
* Help manage social media accounts and promote company activities.
* Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and posters locally.
* Participate in ideas and initiatives to grow the company’s visibility.
Key Skills & Qualities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Interest in the healthcare or recruitment field (training provided).
Qualifications & Experience
* No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
* Fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in healthcare recruitment or business development are welcome.
* Must have good English communication skills (spoken and written).
* A valid UK driving licence and own transport would be an advantage but not essential.
