We are recruiting Bank Support Workers for Days & Nights
Location – Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Hours – 12 hour shifts or shorter shifts where needed – further details to be discussed at interview.

What you'll do:
Provide compassionate, one-to-one support to individuals with housing, mental health & addiction needs and challenges
Assist with daily activities, appointments, support planning and developing skills through workshops and groups, both at home and in the local community
Empower service users to develop independence and self-confidence
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families or significant others, as well as community resources
Promote dignity, respect and mental wellness every step of the way
What we're looking for:
A natural listener, motivator, empath and team player
Experience in a support setting (preferred, but not essential – we provide full training

DBS checks are required for roles where you will be working with or have lone contact with vulnerable Adults.
Pay: £13.74 per hour
Expected hours: 11 – 48 per week
