Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for Family Law? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and expanding Family team within a well-established firm in Berkhamsted. Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking a driven and personable solicitor to play a key role in supporting its thriving client base.
The Role
As part of this growing team, you will:
* Work on a broad caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and private children matters.
* Support senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value cases while developing your own caseload with guidance and supervision.
* Build strong relationships with clients, offering clear, compassionate, and practical legal advice.
* Contribute to the team’s continued success and reputation within the local and wider community.
About You
* NQ Solicitor (or qualifying this year) with experience in Family Law, either through a training seat or prior paralegal background.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
* Ambitious and proactive, keen to develop a long-term career within family law.
* Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
