Web Designer and Developer(Ref: 0925WDD) We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer and Developer to join our team. This role requires a balance of design expertise and coding knowledge to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design, a passion for user experience, and the ability to translate business goals into functional, high-performing web solutions. You will design and develop websites that deliver exceptional user experience across devices. You will create wireframes and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas. Essential Criteria Bachelors degree in Web Design & Development, Computer Science, Interactive Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field. Equivalent professional experience or a strong portfolio of work may be considered in place of a degree. Proven Work experience as a Web Designer and Developer or similar role Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development and graphic design skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites. Proficiency in front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies Knowledge of and experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, Framer Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions. Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Desirable Email design experience Benefits Flexible working hours (37.5 hours per week).
