We are now recruiting for the following Chef positions:
* Sous Chef
* Junior Sous Chef
* Chef De Partie
* Breakfast Chef
* Pizza Chef
* Pastry Chef
All of these positions are full-time, permanent and will be Based at Mad Swans in the Mendips (Bristol). Although these positions are all full-time, we will consider applicants who would like to work part-time.
The salary range for these positions is £30,500-£40,000/annum, depending on both experience and the position.
Mad Swans is looking for a number of Chefs to join our budding team. We are a brand-new opening, so youll be the first person to step into these shoes and shape this brand-new role based at our first site: Mad Swans in the Mendips.
We are serious about cooking and will be making fresh pasta, homemade ice cream and fresh pastries and bread in our in-house bakery. As we are a new opening, we will have three brand new kitchens along with all new kitchen equipment in order for the team to deliver excellent food.
Mad Swans in the Mendips is located in Farrington Gurney near to Bristol & Bath.

But wherever guests find themselves, from course to court, the meadow to the orchard, theyre never far from a plate of something delicious to satisfy any craving. And, for evenings that go on forever, an Eco Cabin for the night is only a starlit walk through the wilderness away.

What are the roles

What there is to it
The key duties and responsibilities of these roles will include:
* Preparing and cooking delicious food options and dishes
* Follow approved and agreed recipes and cookbooks in line with our menus
* Process food orders using Procure Wizard
* Checking best before dates and stock rotation to reduce wastage
* Adhering to food hygiene standards
* Cleaning the kitchen to a high standard
* Supporting with Pot Wash as and when required
These are full-time permanent positions and will work any five days out of seven. The salary range for these positions is £30,500-£40,000/annum, depending on both experience and the position.
Location this is an onsite role and will be located at Mad Swans in the Mendips, Marsh Lane, Farrington Gurney, Bristol, BS39 6TS.
Working Hours shift times will vary throughout the week; however, the regular operational times will be from 6.00 am to 11.00pm. There will be a mix of straight and split shifts, depending on the role.
Working Days this role will work any five days out of seven and will involve working on weekends on a regular basis. Working hours will vary in line with the operating calendar and needs of the business.
