Job Description

Provide direct support to Services in addressing employee attendance issues with a view to reducing absence levels by utilising the Supporting Attendance at Work Policy and other relevant employment policies, procedures, and support interventions. Contribute to their review where appropriate.


Requirements

The Individual

This is a temporary full-time post based within Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, until 31 October 2026. The hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm. The workstyle for this post is Mobile - 20-49% of your time in an office or other work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location 1 to 2.5 days per week, with the remainder of the week at home or other work locations as required. The full-time salary ranges between £33,124 - £35,927 per annum.
