FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED
Harvey McQueen is excited to present a fantastic job opportunity for a Field Sales Executive. Join our client, known for their hardworking sales team who earn substantial commissions. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and experience in face-to-face cold calling.
ABOUT US - Field Sales Representative:
Our company specializes in loss assessing services within the fire and flood insurance sector. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our sales team to cover Sheffield, Wakefield, Manchester, and Yorkshire.
ABOUT THE ROLE - Field Sales Representative:
As a Major Incident Sales Consultant, your daily activities will include visiting potential clients at their homes, advising them about our services, building rapport, and selling tailored service packages on a face-to-face basis.
THE PACKAGE - Field Sales Representative:
* Basic Salary of £25,000 per annum, OTE £75,000
* Car allowance of £400 per month or a company car
* Separate fuel allowance
* Mobile phone and laptop provided
* Monday to Friday with weekends on a rota basis every other week
Requirements for the Field Sales Representative:
* A natural ability to make friends easily
* A proven sales track record
* A proactive, 'whatever it takes' attitude
* Resilience and ability to handle rejection
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* A passion for earning money
Responsibilities:
* Visit vulnerable clients
* Secure client onboarding
* Explain the role of loss assessors
* Travel to different areas as needed
* Follow up on leads
* Visit potential clients and advise on services
* Sell tailored service packages based on client needs
Additional Expectations:
* Work hours as needed to meet targets
* Use initiative and teamwork to achieve goals
* Work on weekends on a rotational basis, with two days off per week
