Job Summary:
We're looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join our friendly, professional team. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering exceptional treatments focused on wellbeing and relaxation.
What You'll Do
* Deliver professional, high quality treatments tailored to each guest.
* Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
* Support the team in maintaining the spa.
* Promote treatments, products, and spa experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
* This role does include evenings and weekends on a rota'd basis.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent - (any additional qualification are a plus)
* Experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment is beneficial
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, professional and passionate about wellness and guest care.
* Well-organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and eager to grow within a supportive spa environment.
