Job Title: Mobile Cleaner
Salary: £27,322.92 Per Annum
Position Type: Fixed Term Contract
Type of Employment: Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: DVSA, Crosshill Road, Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire, Scotland, G64 2QA
A full valid driving licence is required and company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Manage a cleaning team for a Mitie customer, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning in line with task schedules and health & safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and material usage; order stocks as necessary.
* Address issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative.
