Job Description
Management of the Wales Overhaul Shop finance team responsible for supporting operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The Wales shop performs overhauls of our customer's CFM56 and GE90 engines and repairs certain components within the engine. They will also service the GE9X engine when it enters into service on the Boeing 777 airplane.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading the site FP&A and customer billing functions.
2. Ensuring financial statement accuracy for the site in partnership with our controllership colleagues.
3. Playing a key role as part of the site leadership team to help the Wales team achieve its key deliverables to customers and internal stakeholders, with compliance and integrity at the forefront.
4. Driving adoption and effective utilization of the FLIGHT DECK operating system at the site, both with operations and within the finance function.
5. Driving results in line with the broader GE Aerospace finance team key objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience leading finance teams within a manufacturing environment.
* Fully qualified or Part-qualified finance professional.
* Relevant finance degree.
