Waiter / Waitress
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiter / Waitress for our award winning Palm Court Restaurant.
The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Waiter / Waitress in our Palm Court lounge. The dazzling Palm Court is famed as the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born over 150 years ago.

As a Waiter / Waitress in Palm Court, your main role will be to –
7. welcome guests to Palm Court in a friendly and engaging manner
8. provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
9. be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu
10. demonstrate your passion in Palm Court and personalise and engage with your guests
11. be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
12. ensure that you adhere to health and safety matters

The ideal Waiter in Palm Court will have –
13. excellent knowledge of food & beverage, in particular afternoon tea
14. previous experience in a similar environment
15. flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
16. confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
17. ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
18. excellent attention to detail
19. clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
