Job Description
1. Lead financial reporting, controls, and governance across multiple European manufacturing entities.
2. Ensure timely, accurate submissions into the US‑listed parent, with strong attention to detail and compliance.
3. Strengthen processes, systems, and month‑end disciplines while maintaining team engagement.
4. Provide commercial insight to the on‑site European MD, including margin analysis and cost drivers.
5. Manage and support remote finance teams across several jurisdictions and currencies.
6. Drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial visibility to enhance decision‑making.
