Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
3. Overseeing the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
5. Maintaining accurate payroll records and managing employee data.
6. Resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee queries.
7. Collaborating with the accounting and finance department on payroll-related matters.
8. Preparing reports and summaries for management review.
9. Implementing process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
10. Staying updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
