We're looking for a passionate and driven People Partner to join a high performing People team. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that drive real business impact.

You will be a trusted partner to stakeholders, supporting everything from talent attraction and retention to performance and engagement.
The role:
* Design and deliver a People Plan that supports the overall business and people strategy.
* Partner with leaders to ensure teams, structures, and roles are fit for purpose.
* Drive initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines, succession planning, and retention.
* Support managers to proactively handle employee relations and build strong, high-performing teams.
* Collaborate across People teams to lead transformational change projects.
* Use data and insights to identify opportunities, drive improvement, and measure success.
Experience:
1. Proven HR partnering experience in fast-paced, multi-site, or retail environments.
2. A strong background in talent management, engagement, and organisational design.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
