What you'll do:
* Source and purchase quality used vehicles through a variety of channels.
* Analyse market trends, stock performance, and pricing to optimise profitability.
* Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, customers, and internal teams.
* Ensure all vehicles meet BMW's exacting quality and brand standards.
* Manage the appraisal and valuation process with accuracy and transparency.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in vehicle purchasing, remarketing, or stock management (preferably within a franchised dealership).
* Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
* A proactive, commercial mindset with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
* A full UK driving licence.
