Role Purpose

The Account Manager is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery, and acting as the primary day-to-day contact between clients and the agency. This role coordinates internal teams to deliver on time, on brief, and to a high standard, while surfacing opportunities for added value and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
* Develop trust-based relationships by understanding client needs, expectations, and challenges.
* Escalate strategic conversations to SLT when needed.

Project & Delivery Management

* Coordinate internal teams (design, copy, paid media, social) to deliver campaigns and projects on schedule.
* Maintain visibility of project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
* Ensure all outputs pass through QA and meet agreed standards.

Commercial Awareness & Growth

* Understand client objectives and ensure deliverables align with them.
* Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and involve SLT to close.
* Contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting with a commercial lens (results vs goals).

Internal Collaboration

* Act as the bridge between strategy and delivery — ensuring commercial direction is translated into clear tasks.
* Flag risks, blockers, or resourcing issues early.
* Keep leadership informed of account health.

* Commercial curiosity, able to connect delivery to business goals.
* Resilient under pressure and proactive in solving problems.

Desirable Experience

* 2+ years of marketing or consultancy experience
* Experience in the renewable energy sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
