We're looking for a part time Senior Business Administrator to work between two of our Children's Residential Homes in East Sussex. The position is for 18.5 hours per week.
The Children's Residential Homes administrative team help keep things running smoothly. This is an important role where your organisation, attention to detail, and people skills will make a real difference every day.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our services on track — making sure everything runs efficiently and that your colleagues have the support they need to do their best work. You'll juggle different priorities, solve problems as they come up, and help things flow behind the scenes.
You'll also have the chance to take on more specialised tasks, such as taking minutes at complex meetings, helping with financial records, or supporting key projects. It's a great opportunity to build your skills, learn more about the services we provide, and play a part in improving the lives of the people and communities we support.
We are looking for candidates who have:
* RQF Level 2 English or able to pass an assessment at interview.
* Ability to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines
* Ability to communicate effectively and deal with a range of people, including providing advice, handling challenging clients, and collaborating well within the team.
