Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Working Pattern: Full Time, Fully office based (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)
Salary: up to £40,000 basic plus a generous commission package

About the Role:
In this hands-on position, you will play a vital role in driving sales and supporting daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation: Proactively research and generate new leads within target sectors, including plant hire, construction, and infrastructure.
Sales Proposals: Prepare and send tailored quotes, proposals, and hire/sale agreements that resonate with potential clients.
Opportunity Qualification: Qualify leads and make contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to foster connections.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with your activities, feedback, and pipeline forecasts to keep everything on track.
Follow-Up and Closing: Track outcomes of leads, follow up diligently, and close deals to meet your monthly targets.
Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and lead generation projects.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
Event Attendance: Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to expand your network.
Operational Support: Provide holiday cover for the sales and operations team, assisting with general admin, order processing, and liaising with yard and logistics staff.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills that foster trust and collaboration.
Confidence in outbound sales, including cold calling and lead follow-up.

A proactive, flexible mindset and a willingness to assist across the business.
