Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* To undertake the role of Independent Reviewing Officer in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and statutory guidance
* To chair reviews for Looked After Children, ensuring that care plans are timely, outcome‑focused, and appropriately progressed
* To ensure children’s views, wishes, and feelings are central to all review processes
* To monitor the local practice in relation to care planning and challenge poor practice where necessary
* To work in partnership with children, parents, carers, and professionals to promote stability and positive outcomes
