In London, Harrods remains a global barometer for luxury retail: a crossroads where international clientele, flawless execution and daily commercial intensity converge. In this context, one of our partner Houses is hiring a Store Manager able to deliver sustained performance while elevating service culture, operational discipline and team dynamics.
This role is designed for a leader who can own the business, protect the fundamentals (clienteling, conversion, productivity, stock discipline, VM), and act as a true business partner to central teams (assortment, VM, training). Success will not only be measured through numbers, but through the ability to stabilise and develop a team, build managerial consistency, and create long-term momentum — in one of Europe’s most high-profile and competitive retail environments.
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your scope at Harrods, with a high bar on execution, client experience and performance.

* Lead, coach and upskill a multicultural team
