Key Responsibilities
* Play a pivotal role in building the UK's clean energy future.
* Collaborate within the MEH Alliance to deliver complex piping and cabling systems.
* Act as a positive HSE front line leader, supporting a Nuclear Safety Culture.
* Guide the team to achieve high productivity while prioritising safety.
* Ensure efficient project completion, identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
* Transmit clear instructions, specifications and regulations to support optimal team performance.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory, company, industry and client requirements.
* Deliver the agreed work scope within the established timeframe.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Supervisor within an engineering project.
* Track record in nuclear power is preferred.
* Experience on major construction projects.
* Relevant Skills Card where required.
Qualifications
* Relevant Professional Accreditation (City & Guilds in Relevant Discipline).
* CCNSG Safety Passport.
* LATS, SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
