Supply Chain Coordinator/ E-commerce
Location: Medway
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Office-based
An opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Coordinator / E-commerce professional to join a market-leading company based in Mid Kent. This role involves managing Amazon-related activities and working closely with the supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and control of the production process for customers, ensuring accurate data management and smooth delivery
Duties include:
Support the planning and coordination of day-to-day supply chain and production activities
Monitor and manage customer orders, helping to maintain high levels of service and satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across the team
Assist with logistics tasks, including shipments, documentation, and communication with suppliers or carriers
Handle e-commerce platform activities, including managing orders, preparing shipments, and resolving platform-related issues
The successful candidate will have:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Strong interpersonal skills and able to build positive working relationships
Good written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience using an E-commerce platform (Desirable)
