OVERVIEW:
- Applications are sought from Paralegals and Legal Assistants with at least 12 months experience working within a clinical negligence department assisting solicitors on a range of cases.
- You will be working closely with a senior colleagues assisting on clinical negligence matters and you can expect full training to be provided in order for you to take on your own caseload under supervision.
- You will be responsible for drafting documents, conducting research vetting new cases and liaising with client and professionals.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills along with strong organisational and time:management skills, and an understanding of compliance issues.
