The Role
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects from pre-contract through to final account, supporting clients with accurate commercial and contractual advice.
The role will include:
Providing full quantity surveying services on construction projects
Cost planning, estimating and budget control
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
Contract administration and change management
Valuations, variations and final accounts
Preparing cost reports for clients and stakeholdersThe Project Quantity Surveyor?
You will be a capable Project Quantity Surveyor with experience in the UK construction market. Applications from non-construction backgrounds will not be considered.
The Project Quantity Surveyor must have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
Demonstrable project experience within UK construction
Strong understanding of standard forms of contract
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams
Progress toward MRICS or equivalent professional qualificationIn return……?
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
