General Operative– St. Albans (Multiple Needs) Location: St. Albans Salary: £13 - £15 Per Hour Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm Immediate Start Role Overview: The General Operative will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the production facility. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with basic tools and equipment and be able to take on a variety of tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the assembly and preparation of products as per instructions. Support the loading and unloading of materials and products. Perform manual labour tasks including cleaning, organising, and moving materials around the site. Assist other team members in completing jobs as required. Key Skills and Requirements: Basic experience using hand tools (training will be provided as needed). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and a good team player. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items on the grounds of health and safety when required.
