We have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team within Vistry Works, covering numerous sites across the Midlands. As our Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of multiple sites, with an emphasis on planning, programming of works, and addressing high-level issues beyond daily site operations.
You will receive site/plot call-offs and process these alongside key personnel. You will assist in scheduling labor and materials, ensuring correct allocation to sites. Your responsibility will include programming that minimizes delays and disruptions, promoting efficient operations.
