Pay Rate: £14.30 an hour up to 40 hours (paid breaks included!) - Overtime: Earn £21.45 after 40 hours!

Shifts: Rotating 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00 (a weekend shift on a rota basis 06:00-16:00). Other shift patterns could be considered.
Location: Spalding -25°C Freezer warehouse services.

Your Role:
As a Reach/Warehouse Operative, you'll:
* Operate Reach Trucks to handle stock in static drive-in and mobile racking.
* Pick, assemble, and wrap orders manually.
* Use RDT technology for pallet locating.
* Work in a -25°C freezer environment with plenty of warm breaks.
* Liaise with the supervisor to prioritise tasks.
* Be a key part of a small, collaborative team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified & Experienced: Reach Truck licence and experience essential.
* Team Player: Reliable and ready to contribute to a tight-knit team.
* Communicator: Able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
* Self-starter: Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
