Customer Focused - Maid2Clean is a leading cleaning agency that clean homes and which highly values our clients.
Reliability - This is a flexible position with hours and days to suit but commitment is still mandatory and once a day and time has been agreed then this has to be adhered to.
Trustworthiness - As a leading agency we require each applicant to show they are allowed to work within our customers homes. We ask for ID & proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will really help to job satisfaction. Running late or being pressed for time takes away from our ability to provide excellent customer service! Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you have agreed!
Detail Focused - Did you see that spider web in the corner? A keen eye will see each detail and ensure customer satisfaction every visit.
