Head of Sales -Luxury Fitness Clubs - Circa £50,000 + commission/bonus Central London We are looking for a Head of Sales to oversee sales strategy and sales performance for two luxury health and fitness clubs in Central London. Reporting into the MD, this is an outstanding opportunity for a proven hands‑on sales leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a premium fitness brand. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy across residential memberships and corporate accounts for both clubs. Lead, coach and performance manage a team of Sales Consultants, driving a high‑performance sales culture. Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate wellness partnerships and external business opportunities. Track, analyse and report on key sales KPIs including conversion rates, revenue performance and retention metrics. Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless lead generation and member onboarding journey. Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships, events, premium services and upselling initiatives.
The ideal candidate
Polished well presented individual with outstanding communication and negotiating skills. Minimum 5 years' proven membership sales experience within a premium fitness, leisure, hospitality or private member club environment. Strong experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams as a sales manager, membership manager or club manager. Experience proactively targeting residential and corporate markets. Commercially astute with confidence analysing sales data, forecasts and performance metrics. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both corporate clients and individual members. CRM proficient, ideally with experience using HubSpot or similar sales management platforms. Live within easy commute of Central London.
