What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Architect to join the team in our London office. The Business Process Architect will be responsible for designing, modelling, and enhancing business process architectures to improve efficiency, productivity, and align with organisational goal. You will collaborate with various business lines and architecture functions to integrate processes with technology solutions and ensure continuous improvement.
What will you do?
* Develop and maintain process modelling standards, taxonomies and approvals – to ensure consistent and governed process documentation.
* Align current business processes with technology, data, people, risk, controls and other elements of our architecture, for holistic process understanding.
* Identify opportunities for process standardisation, function centralisation and automation of manual tasks.
* Establish and maintain process architecture repositories, maintaining content and creating outputs.
* Work closely with management, client-facing teams, and other departments to understand their needs and develop process strategies.
* Perform process quality assurance, define process ownership framework, manage process review and approval as well as ongoing maintenance.
* Train staff on process modelling standards and quality assurance.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Proven experience within business process management, consulting or related fields.
* Bachelor's degree/relevant qualification in a related field like computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
* Strong understanding of related disciplines like IT architecture, business strategy, and change management.
* Strong ability to analyse information and build solutions.
* Proficiency in administering process modelling tools and software.
Nice-to-have
* Existing knowledge of RBC Brewin Dolphin conduct and values.
