We’re hiring a part-time Executive Assistant!
If you’re organized, proactive, detail oriented and enjoy a mix of in-office and remote work, this could be the perfect role for you.
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll spend 15-20 hours per week providing essential personal, office and household support for our CEO. You can work primarily from home with 1-2 days a week in the office.
You’ll enjoy working with our CEO and being at Ace. We are a fastpaced team that knows how to get the job done and have fun.
What You'll be doing as the Executive Assistant:
Key Duties:
* Keep home and office organized
* Manage calendars, appointments, and other commitments.
* Organize and maintain personal correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages on a daily basis.
* Assist with shopping, errands, mail pick-up and household management tasks.
* Oversee home maintenance appointments, car repairs and liaise with service providers.
* Manage personal expenses, budgets, insurances, registrations and financial documentation.
* Organize, scan and file important personal records and documents using Google Suite.
* Provide general support to ensure the executive’s personal life runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and productivity tools
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Bonus Skills:
* Experience supporting executives or high-level professionals
* Familiarity with lifestyle management platforms
Hours:
* 15-20 hours per week
* Flexible hybrid work environment (combination of remote and in-office can be set to your preference.)
