The Opportunity
You will join a friendly, experienced property team handling a broad range of commercial property matters. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can run files with confidence, and wants to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion
* Advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions and related matters
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with attention to detail
* Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and other third parties
* Supporting business development through excellent service and repeat client work
What Our Client Is Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
* 4+ years PQE (Commercial Property)
* Strong UK commercial property experience within a law firm environment
* Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and deliver a high standard of client care
* Confident drafting and negotiation skills, with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Technical Experience (Preferred)
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
* Lease renewals and variations
* Title investigation and reporting
* Due diligence and managing transaction timelines
