Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant both drivers and non-drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in their homes( domiciliarycare). This position requires a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our clients while ensuring their dignity and comfort.
Duties
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in health status to the nursing staff.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of living spaces, ensuring a safe environment for all.
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
* Drive clients to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Skills
* Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members.
* Experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
* Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,348.54 per year
