Location:
Abingdon (OX14 1SG) - with travel across Berkshire & Buckinghamshire as required and opportunities for remote working.
Salary:
Band 4 (£26,280 - £32,181) per annum, dependent on experience.
Hours:
35 hours per week. (Requirement to work evenings and weekends, in line with the demands of the role.)
Contract:
Full-time - Fixed Term Contract (Expiring June 2028).

We are looking for someone to join our organisation in this exciting and unique role which will positively impact on the behaviour of players, officials and spectators in grassroots football. The role holder will be at the forefront of promoting positive behaviour in grassroots football and working with our member Clubs and Leagues and other key stakeholders to tackle undesirable behaviour across the game.
Main responsibilities
• Implement ideas to celebrate and reward positive behaviour
• Deliver campaigns, interventions and workshops to the football community promoting positive behaviour
• Add value to FA promotional campaigns and interventions on a local level
